The purpose of this scholarship: The Bank of Texas Endowed Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship to be awarded to a graduating senior of the McKinney Independent School District who will be attending a four-year college or university with a major in accounting or finance.
Below is a list of criteria that is considered favorable for this scholarship:

Accounting or Finance Major at a four-year college or university

Class Rank will be a determining factor

Preference to be given to a student who has demonstrated leadership abilities

Preference to be given to a student who has already been accepted into the college or university’s school of business

Students attending community colleges, vocational or trade schools shall not be eligible for this scholarship
