Mckinney cooperative Gin Endowment
Upon the closing of the McKinney Co-operative Gin Association in 2000, the board of the gin determined they would like to take the money left in the gin’s name and set up an endowment with the McKinney Education Foundation (MEF). In so doing this, the Co-op gin’s place in McKinney’s history would be remembered as well as assisting qualifying graduating seniors from the McKinney ISD in attending college.
The purpose of the endowment is for the awarding of scholarships.
Below is a list of criteria that is considered favorable for this scholarship.

Recipient should be seeding an agriculture related career
