Primo Endowment
Besides academics, there are elements of a personality that make a person special. We have those at Primo and hope they reside in the students in the McKinney Independent School District.
At Primo, what makes our employees special is our work ethic, or what we call our working spirit. In the office and the plant, with all our employees, colleagues and customers, we always talk about the “Primo Spirit”. Very simply, it is an attitude of doing your best in cooperation with your fellow employees and each of our customers. In 1993 we decided that maybe that same spirit could be found in our McKinney students showing the similar characteristics with their fellow classmates and teachers. We wanted to see if their passion and respect for a quality education, with their peers and for their teachers were as important to them, as these values were to us. Thus we will look for an individual with these traits and characteristics.
The purpose of this endowment is the award a McKinney ISD Senior that has the “Primo Spirit” a scholarship.
