Factors to be weighted in selecting scholarship recipients shall include the following funding priorities:

Academic Excellence
Women and Minorities
Former Employees (of donor or her family members)
Non-standard Need: this endowment is not intended to be a need-based in the traditional sense, but rather in a non-traditional way it should benefit those with genuine need who will not otherwise qualify for need-based scholarships.
