McKinney Boyd high school bailadora endowment
About the donor:
The McKinney Body High School Bailadora Parent Organization (MBHS BPO) is a 501 c(3) organization established to support and encourage all drill team members as well as the Director through encouraging school personnel and students to participate in the Bailadora program at McKinney ISD schools. It is also to promote and create a greater level of drill team interest as well as enhance school spirit. The MBHS BPO also promotes public interest and parental support of all drill team activities and coordinates and participates in fund raising activities that support the drill team and the Organization.
The purpose of this endowment is to establish a scholarship for graduating senior Bailadora members to help with the expense of college.
Below is a list of criteria that is considered favorable for this scholarship.

Applicant shall be at least a three year member of the Bailadoras

Applicant shall be a member in good standing with the Bailadoras

Applicant shall have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher

Applicant shall provide examples of community volunteerism throughout their 4 years at McKinney Boyd

Applicant shall exhibit and provide examples of leadership skills

Preference will be given to leadership shown within the Bailadoras’ organization when all other criteria are met
