Committed to Service Above Self , Sunrise Rotarians provide scholarships to academic and technical preparation scholars. Scholarships are given to honor past Rotary Presidents: Steve Mitas, Lyle Froese, Bill Bilyeu, Pam Petty, Stacy Kemp, Gary Taylor, and Bill Smith.

Below is a list of criteria that is considered favorable for this scholarship.

• Interact Club members

• Rotarian descendants of current members

• Minimum of 2.75 GPA

• Top 10 qualifying Interact members

• Interact officers will be considered
